Photour Adventures was created out of our passion for exploring, photography and teaching.
Why travel alone when you can travel with like minded photographers and swap stories, get inspired and create unforgettable memories and incredible images.
We scout and visit locations multiple times so we are prepared for most scenarios. But that being said we are not on a set path. We can change course if we see photo worthy opportunities or if the weather isn't going as planned. We also invite guest photography guides to share their expertise on locations and techniques.
We invite both amateur and professional photographers to join us on our workshops because whether you are learning the basics or perfecting your technique we will guide you along the way.

SUSAN MAGNANO
Susan Magnano is a photographer, an explorer and an educator who loves capturing the beauty of the people and places around her.
After getting her start as a photojournalist, Susan transitioned her skill for capturing moments into shooting events and portraits. As an award-winning photographer with over 15 years of experience, Susan is a respected educator in the industry and now shares her innovative techniques and globally-cultivated perspective on her Photo Adventures.
Photour Adventures was created out of Susan’s desire to share her passion for photography and travel through workshops and photowalks. She loves chasing the best light from sunrise to sunset through red rock canyons, lush forests and iconic city streets. Once the sun sets, Susan typically springs into action, teaching her favorite subject, light painting and shooting the stars till the wee hours of the morning.
She leads photowalks for Canon & B&H, partners with Merrell & Campmor, and is an ambassador for Litra. What she loves most about photography is the ability to capture a moment, tell a story, and evoke a feeling. By teaching photography she assists others to perfect their skills, to create their vision and share their own story.
CLIFFORD PICKETT
Clifford Pickett is a professional travel, humanitarian and commercial photographer, videographer and educator. He first picked up a camera while spending a year traveling through Europe after having earned his MBA. Clifford has since spent all of his time learning how to see and capture the world and teaching others how to do the same.
He is an FAA Certified Drone Pilot and Digital Asset Management and Adobe Lightroom expert. His characteristic straight-forward no BS approach to education, with his presentations and workshops, is quite different than others as well, taking a complicated subject matter and distill it into its purest, most simple form. This has led to a “less is more” approach to photography and post-processing, he now shoots and edits with a very simple kit, often only his iPhone and a small aerial drone, teaching others to “lighten up”, both physically and mentally, focusing more on what truly matters, the experience, engagement with subject, light and the moment.
